HIGH-PRESSURE HAND PUMPS

HIGH-PRESSURE HAND PUMPS

Up to 2500 bar for special applications.
LUKAS high-pressure hand pumps were developed for special purposes in which particularly high pressures are needed:
When working in test laboratories, e.g. leak or material tests
Widening pressed assemblies
In screw pretensioning technology
Work involving hydraulic assembly
The single-stage pumps deliver a constant flow rate up to the maximum pressure. The hand lever forces are very low (e.g. 36 kg at 250 MPa).
Facts:
Available with three different maximum pressures
Constant flow rate up to the maximum pressure
Labour-saving operation due to relatively low hand lever forces
Reliable, long-life quality

AIR-HYDRAULIC PUMPS for single-acting and double-acting cylinders

AIR-HYDRAULIC PUMPS for single-acting and double-acting cylinders

Easy operation with normal workshop compressed air supply.
These powerful air-hydraulic pumps make work easier for anyone who frequently needs to use cylinders in the workshop. Over longer periods, foot-operated pumps are more ergonomic and labour-saving than hand pumps.
Facts:
Two variants with different capacities
Suitable for driving both single-acting and double-acting hydraulic cylinders
Easy operation by means of a pedal with the settings Extend – Stop – Retract
Reciprocating pressure intensifier (air/oil) generates oil pressure proportional to primary air pressure
Benefits
Pressure limiting valve protects against overload
Extremely precise operation
Labour-saving and ergonomic
Maintenance-free and long service life
Hint
AHP 2-1E should not be used with the quick stop coupling box StMu 61-M. Unless absolutely necessary, its recommended, to choke return flow with the lock valve.

DOUBLE-ACTING HOLLOW PISTON CYLINDERS

DOUBLE-ACTING HOLLOW PISTON CYLINDERS

Light alloy allrounder for lifting, pulling or tensioning
LUKAS light-alloy hollow-piston cylinders are used to lift loads, pull fixed elements from rods, push in
bearings or tension steel cables. They are particularly light (up to 40% lighter than comparable steel
cylinders), making them much easier to use in all positions.
Facts:
Hydraulic retraction improves working speed and control
Faster piston return
Significantly reduced weight ensures easier handling
Piston rods with through bores for a wide range of applications
Especially light due to aluminium construction
Optional attachment holes in the cylinder base
Benefits
Overpressure protection with safety coupler StNi 6-D
With quick-release coupler for connection to the safe quick-stop system
High lateral load tolerance
Scraper ring for reduced wear
Full-load stroke limit
Especially safe connections for especially safe work
Only LUKAS offers a complete system for an operating pressure of 500 bar. Why? Because we think about your safety! With the quick release, connections are faster and safer. And the quick stop, unique worldwide, protects you against unintended lowering of the load while the lower maximum pressure results in extended service life for all components.

HAND PUMPS for single-acting and double-acting cylinders

HAND PUMPS for single-acting and double-acting cylinders

The rugged and user-friendly source of force.
LUKAS hand pumps are lightweight and easy to use, and suitable for use with most of the cylinders in our range.
These rugged two-stage pumps automatically switch between low and high pressure during the stroke , so that cylinders extend quickly when no load is applied and can operate effectively and precisely under load.
Facts:
Automatic switching from high and low pressure
Variants for single-acting and double-acting cylinders
Drain valve for precision lowering of single-acting cylinders
Practical handle as standard
Can be used horizontally and vertically (with pump head downwards)
Suitable control valves can be retrofitted as needed
Large model ZPH 3 with particularly high capacity

FLAT CYLINDERS

FLAT CYLINDERS

The perfect helper when things get tight.
These cylinders set to work when loads are heavy and space is at a premium. For example when lifting machinery, replacing expansion bearings or lifting loads for the next process step with a higher cylinder.
Facts:
Extremely low retracted height (from 37 mm)
Extremely compact
Low wear and high strength
Made from hardened steel
Some models equipped with handles
Variants for working with 500 bar and 700 bar
The flat cylinders are retracted to their original position by a load.
Benefits
500-bar variants with quick-release coupler for connection to the safequick-stop system
In 700-bar series with internationally typical screw couplers
Attachment holes in the cylinder body as standard (700 bar models)
Full-load stroke limit
Especially safe connections for especially safe work
Only LUKAS offers a complete system for an operating pressure of 500 bar. Why? Because we think about your safety! With the quick release, connections are faster and safer. And the quick stop, unique worldwide, protects you against unintended lowering of the load while the lower maximum pressure results in extended service life for all components.

HYDRAULIC POWER UNITS PO4

HYDRAULIC POWER UNITS PO4

MOBILE POWER FOR SMALL AND MEDIUM-SIZED CYLINDERS.
With the compact motor pumps from the PO 4 series, you will be well-equipped if you frequently need to operate small and medium-sized cylinders at different locations. These compact power packs can be relied on to work even for longer periods of time.
Facts:
Portable and particularly suitable for mobile use
Long service life and little maintenance required
Equipped with the special LUKAS radial piston pump with patented suction valves for maximum efficiency
High switchover pressure for fast lifting without load
Constant high pressure flow capacity up to maximum pressure
Power units with remote control allow the motor to be switched on and off in push-button operation. The controls are ergonomically designed. The cable is 3 m long.
Functions of the valve variants
Version NA for single-acting cylinders:
Extend – hold load with motor switched off – retract with motor switched on or off (pressureless oil flow).
Version N3 for single-acting cylinders:
Precision lifting and positioning of the load – hold load with motor switched on (pressureless oil flow) – retract with motor switched on or off
Version N4 for double-acting cylinders:
Extend – hold load with motor switched on (pressureless oil flow) – retract with motor switched on.
Versions with solenoid valve and remote control
L 2/2 – without load-holding function
Motor start-up when remote control is activated, solenoid valve closes. The connected hydraulic cylinder extends as long as the push-button is held down. To retract, release the button, motor stops, solenoid valve in neutral gear, cylinder retracts with spring return.
G 2/2 with load-holding function
Remote control with 3 setting switch
Setting “1” = motor on, solenoid valve closed, cylinder extends
Middle setting “0” = motor off, solenoid valve closed, load is held
Setting “2” = motor off, solenoid valve in neutral gear, cylinder retracts with spring return
